Responsible for managing the overall activities of Phuket Branch to work toward the assigned direction. Take care of the local marketing and sale planning strategy especially for Brokerage, Sale Management and property Management business nationally and internationally for the effectively goal achievement. ***Required Qualifications ~Bachelor’s degree in any field ~At least 5 years experienced in property business, if having experiences in property resale or leasing, or real estate marketing will be advantage. ~Own a car and driving proficiency. ~High responsibility, strong leadership skill and skilled in coordination and negotiation. ~Fluent in English and able to operate computer.
